Thermostat issues left the room colder than expected at 65 degrees, frustrating the experience. Room cleanliness was noticeably lacking, including unflushed toilets and dust accumulation—made me question the overall attention to detail during stay. One of the showers malfunctioned, which detracted from the convenience you'd hope for.

I almost considered leaving a glowing review, but the pool was downright filthy, with hair and grit everywhere. To make matters worse, the thermostat was tragically out of order which left me extremely uncomfortable. It woudl ve been nice to have received some compensation for these inconveniences. The level of service I expected was sadly not delivered.

The indoor pool was on the colder side, which was disappointing for a relaxing dip.

The staff provided an exceptional level of friendliness, which made check-in a pleasant experience. The one-bedroom suite was spacious with adequate private rooms and bathrooms for our family, a great feature for our needs. Breakfast stood out with tasty pastries, and the automatic pancake maker was a nice touch. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of free parking.
The pool was cold during our stay, which detracted from what could have been a relaxing family experience.
